Job Description:

This is a Management / Development position working closely with Customers. Candidate will be the key resource for Writing Specs / New Development / Support activities of assigned Tasks. Will be responsible for the day to day interaction with U.S. customers, helping to prioritize and complete the work requests. Includes the creation of appropriate project plans and tracking / reporting of progress. Requires to work very closely with Team and get it done the Job on-time. Must be able to write Specs / Use Case. Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle is MUST.

Requirement:

· Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions.

· Develops original and/or complex code or provides coding guidance to less experienced staff.

· Leads and/or performs modeling, simulations and analysis efforts. Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.

· Participates in overall systems testing. Leads the migration of applications to production. Develops new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and designs user guides.

· Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan.

· Very Good Application Development Experience of C#, ASP.NET with SQL Server.
