As a developer of proprietary custom software, it delivers well-designed, flexible solutions that allow a Managing General Agent (MGA) and Excess and Surplus lines (E & S) Broker clients to extend rating, quoting and binding capabilities to their retail producer clients.
Education	B.Tech/B.E. – Computers, MCA – Computers, PMP certified professional – a Plus Candidates should be well versed with the SDLC. Basic programming knowledge is preferable. Candidate should have good communication and co-ordination skills.
Job Description:	· Must be able to review and understand contracts and agreements. · Set goals and milestones for the Projects · Ensure adherence to project plan and its timelines · Proactively identify, document and monitor project risks to ensure that they are mitigated prior to them becoming issues · Escalate project related risks/issues and concerns when necessary · Coordinate & follow up tasks across Projects & roll out teams · Compile project status reports and ensure project schedules are met · Highlight delays & deviations from rollout schedule · Arrange weekly, monthly project status meetings · Maintain progress and status reporting for internal and Client purposes · Effective maintenance of project documentation · Coordinate projects from inception to completion. · Handle end-to-end implementation for client. (Requirement mapping, business objectives, roll-out, training, project handover). · Coordinate on-site/off-site team to ensure project deliverables and co-ordinate between customers and internal Development Team. · Must be experienced in driving the entire life cycle of project from initiation to support transition. · Strong Documentations & Communications skills. · Team Player and ability to lead a team.
Candidate Profile	· Excellent Oral & Written Communication · Professional and presentable. · Minimum 3 years of hand-on project implementation experience · Excellent knowledge MS Excel, Macros & Excel reporting required to handle MIS reporting
