Position: Business Development Manager / Project Coordinator

Desired Candidate Profile Should has:

Experience Offshore Software Services / IT Service Industries Excellent in communication verbal and written
Online bidding skills on Guru/Elance/Vworker/oDesk are essential.
Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions
Under stand the Client Requirement.
Understand the technology
Prepare requirement document
Estimate projects in terms of time and cost independently.
Handle client and communicate to client
Co-ordinate with technical team
Willing to work on odd hours to handle client as per their business time zone.
Ability to handle team of 4-5 members.
Handle client escalations.
Develop business plan
Having technical background will be added advantage.

Experience : 2 year minimum Experience to market and sales across US, UK for Offshore software services business.
