Job Position :Technical Support Engineer

Functional Area :Application Support, Maintenance

Walk-In Location :Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Location :Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Days :Monday to Friday, 10.00 PM to 2.30 AM - Night Shift - Part Time - 4.5 hours - Work from home.

Desired Qualification :Any

Desired Experience :0 to 3 Years

Candidate Requirements :

• Should have excellent communication skills in English Written and Verbal.

• Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and know how to use remote assistance tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Join.Me, GoToMeeting, MS Remote Desktop etc.

• Ability to use the infrastructure systems for phone, chat, and email support.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Proficient language skills in US English.

• A candidate may have to work on different technologies like windows application, drivers, PHP or SQL Server as and when required, thus, Candidate should be open to technologies and should be willing to work on different programming languages/technologies like VBA, vb6 .net, c# PHP.

Job Description :

• Troubleshooting for technical issues related to Application

Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) :

• Clarity of Speech

• No heavy accent

• Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation

• Proper English Grammar

• Pronunciation

• Spelling

• Punctuation

• Excellent vocabulary and use of common phrasing

• Attentive listening

Technical Skills :

• Familiar with MS Operating Systems

• Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7)

• Should have good knowledge of SQL Queries ( Joins, Group By , Order By etc….)

• Demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and resolve.

Personal Skills/Expectations :

• Exhibits high degree of professionalism

• Proactive ownership of responsibilities

• Promotes continuous improvement

• Strict adherence to business policies

• Ability to multitask

• Demonstrated attentive listening

• Demonstrated confidence when presented with difficult situations
