A UK based financial services company has an outstanding opportunity for a creative, customer oriented communicator. We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our team.

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferably in a BPO environment.

Educational Qualification: B.E/MCA/Graduates in Computer Science/ Maths or equivalent.

A course in Software Development Eg GNIIT etc will be an added advantage.

Role:

To provide customer support

Support format could be email, phone or web based.

Provide pre-sales support

Troubleshooting and solving problems.

Key Skills :

Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a BPO environment

Excellent quantitative skills

Ability to express and explain complex quantitative data

Good Technical and Trouble shooting skills

Must have very good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office

Excellent people and presentation skills

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Ability to work in a team environment when necessary

Must be able to handle responsibilities independently

Preferences:

- Software development background will be preferred
- Exposure to web development scripting languages would be helpful
- Knowledge of Financial/Banking domain will be preferred.
- Experience in handling UK customers will be useful

Salary: not a constraint for the right candidate.

Job Timings: As per UK time. Shift from 12:30 to 10:30pm OR 1:30 to 11:30 pm (According to day-light savings)
