Job Description
Willingness to work in UK & USA Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
To provide technical support for company software installed at clients site in the UK & USA
To take inbound support calls
Complete training for the software will be provided
Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
Desired candidate profile
BSc Graduate or Higher degree holder only, Candidates who do not meet this requirement need not apply.
Good Communication/ Typing Skills
Attention to Detail
Teamwork and co-operative behaviour
Good spoken and written English required
Experience
Min 6 mths to 1 Yr customer support experience in local or international market.
Salary
Basic pay as per Industry standards
