Airtel, Vodafone, Reliance, Idea etc. Services include Life Cycle Management, VAS Upselling, Revenue Enhancement, and Debt Collection, immediately requires Team Leaders for Mumbai/Ahmedabad locations. Job Description:
(1) He should posses strong leadership quality and be able to manage a group of team members. While developing and training a team would remain prime responsibility, he would be responsibility to achieve organizational goals in close coordination with both the team and the management.
(2) Ensure accurate delivery
(3) Liase with clients, achieve client's SLA, provide feedback for process improvement
(4) Manage day-to-day activity of the team
(6) Respond and resolve any issue that may arise out of work from within the team
(7) Should be able to escalate issues based on the need
(8) Maintain client - vendor relationship
(9) Maintain Quality and TAT at expected level also maintain effective work behaviour.

Qualification:
Any graduate

Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in customer telecom industry working as TL. Preference will be given to those having 0.5-1 years experience in the supervisor cadre.

Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Raipur / Bhopal / Indore
