We are looking for Business Development Executive / Business Development
Officer for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound
new business opportunities. Who has got a good experience in bidding
through bidding sites.

Candidate's Skills Required:
1)Having experience in International Marketing and Sales
2)Having experience in Bidding through bidding sites.
2)Should have experience in IT Services company
3)Basic knowledge in web research.
4)Can understand client's requirement. Have got knowledge in SEO and a
eagerness and enthusiasm to work and understood its roles and
responsibilities related to the project completion.
5)The role is focused purely on new business and is suited to people who
are `sales hungry' and who can exploit their exceptional sales
skills with effective and successful results.

Main duties of the post:
1) You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate
new income for NCode Inc.
2) Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.
3) Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation;
credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close;
handover to the account management team
4) Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring
all sales opportunities to NCode Inc.are captured and explored
*) Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any
further documentation, following NCode Inc.procedure
*) You will effectively interact with other departments including the
account management and technical team when handing over campaigns
ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
*) Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge
of the sales process
*) Confident negotiator and ability to `close the deal'
*) Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
*) Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas
and solutions
*) A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new
business opportunities
*) Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
*) Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral,
email, telephone, and presentation
*) Excellent organizational and time management skills
*) A positive attitude to dealing with people

Education Qualification: BE (I.T), BCA, PGDCA, MCA, MBA (Marketing)

Experience : Minimum 6 months upto 3 years

Salary: Best in the industry as compared to candidate efficiency.
