Team Leader - SEO

Experience required: 3 - 4

Skills and Responsibilities Include:

1. Practices ethical/white-hat SEO techniques to produce solid high
rankings for numerous keywords.
2. Coordinate with SEO Head to define goals and targets for the SEO
team.
3. Grow search engine sourced traffic and revenue year over year.
4. Increase percentage of traffic coming from SEO.
5. Manage and grow the SEO departments
6. Maintain knowledge of current SEO trends
7. Well organized and able to multitask
8. Develop and implement latest white hat strategies
9. Hands-on optimization, improvement of site structure, page
construction, content suggestions, keyword list development and SEO
copywriting/editing.
10. Track organic search projects across multiple clients and search
engines.
11. Monitor and track the performance of all SEO campaigns.
12. Identify and build linking strategy
13. Strong command of English
14. Ability to handle pressure and work to deadlines
15. Excellent management skills
16. Excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as
well as within a team
