Job Requirements
One should be: * Highly proficient in English verbal and written Language
skills (must have British/American Accent)Computer literate, proficient in MS office and has a typing
speed of at least 40 wpm
Ready to work with Web Security Related Products
Ready to work 24/7 shifts
Able to work, co-operate and communicate with an
international team
Graduate / undergraduate / diploma
Fresher / experienced are welcomed
Experience in any International Call center would be an
added advantage
Profile / Job Description:
Provide customer support. i.e. answer phones, emails or live
chats
Respond to customer requests
Provide customers with product and service information;
training shall be provided
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the
computer system
Follow-up on customer inquiries that are not immediately
resolved
Research and resolve the billing issues
Other duties as assigned
