>Key Responsibility
>o    Responsible to modify, develop, and implement software applications. Responsible for Analysis, Design and Development in .Net 3.5 framework
>o    Software development projects will include interaction and development on both new and legacy applications.
>o    The software engineer must work closely with the client to ensure that business requirements are accurately represented in design and implementation phases.
>o    Working with the Quality Assurance team to ensure proper testing and deployment
>o    Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through complexities
>o    Ability to understand high level requirements, be able to break them down in to individual assignments and delegate them
>o    Ability to solve problems of moderate scope involving multiple modules
>o    Ability to make rapid technical, business decisions and provide unique solutions which facilitate quick delivery
>o    Must have the ability to work under pressure and be able to cope with huge volumes of work simultaneously.
>o    Knowledge of good coding practices and standards
>o    Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
>
>Experience Guidelines:
>o    4+ years of relevant experience.
>o    Candidate Should have min 4 years of experience in developing web based projects (Career consistency is required like working with companies for a long time)
>
>o    Should have developed .Net business Components.
>o    Should have hands-on experience in .NET 3.5 based projects and Web Applications.
>o    Should have hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
>o    Should have hands-on experience in Silverlight.
>o    Should have extensive use of C#.
>o    Should have extensive use of WCF.
>o    Advanced knowledge and experience of Visual Studio 2008.
>o    Experience providing a vision of the total solution, managing a track of work and defining comprehensive solutions leading toward a common vision
>o    Should have some basic understanding of Agile development methodologies
>o    Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Asp.Net, .Net 2.0, SQL server 2005/2008, Proficient in UML, Winforms – UI response
>o    Minimum 3-4 years in systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design –
>o    Created Business Logic and Data Access Components in C#, Web services- DB2 / SQL

>Education:
>Work requires skills, knowledge, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT/EEE (or) Master's Degree in Computer Science
