We are looking for an all-rounder team-player with the go-getter
attitude and high technical skills.

Who are we: Xdoc Works Private Limited, Ahmedabad is an XBRL initiative
of Reeleezee bv, the Netherlands.

Reeleezee bv, have two software development center for international
products. One is in Breukelen, the Netherlands, and second one is
XdocWorks, Ahmedabad. We are a product development company working on
interesting and challenging products – Reeleezee business
application, and XBRL (an International business reporting
language)development.

The company is in process of developing a strong and stable team which
could part-take in journey towards achievement of the mission and
beyond.

Working with us: Working with us as a developer is going to be
different, very different experience. We are not
yet-another-software-outsourcing company. We are end-to-end
company;conceptualization, innovation, experimentation, development,
deployment,marketing, sales, customer care, performance tuning,
mid-night trouble shooting all under one roof, and all for our own
product.
Our team doesn't work based on accountability of complying with specs
or instructions from superior, but rather based on responsibility of
product/service as a whole.

About the position: We are looking for a software engineer who is
having interest in working on OCR (Paradatec PROSAR-AIDA) rule-tree for
one of our automated processes, as well as working as Software
Developer for regular development. We work on Silverlight, .NET,C#,
iOS, and Android.

Working on OCR rule-tree is bit like working on regular expression (but
more broader than that), setting logic to identify components, digging
deep in logic/approach, as well as keeping in mind the breath of rules,
using strong mental capabilities for predicting effects, and finally
analyzing the results,and so on. Going ahead, we want the candidate to
build the expertise and be OCR solution expert.

Skills Required:

* Strong analytical and logical skills
* Very good at problem solving
* Sound programming
* Good in C#, .Net , Web development
* Systematic and self-managed
* Of course, no rigid 9-6 mentality. Work requires willingness to
work in a flexible schedule.

Role and Responsibilities: Working as software developer; and working on
OCR rule-tree.

Experience & Education: 0-2 years, MCA, B.E.
